Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Dreya, every piece leaves us personally checked and carefully packed. We take quality seriously — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The original Dreya tag must be intact and attached
  • Items with a removed or tampered tag will not be accepted
  • Items with a broken tag will not be accepted

If your order arrives with a broken or missing tag, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo — we will resolve it for you.

Quality Promise
Every item is personally inspected before dispatch. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a full refund with no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@dreya.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in eligible condition.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer. Return shipping and handling charges may apply on COD orders.

Exchanges
Subject to availability. Email us before sending anything back to confirm the size or style is in stock.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration
